CORPORATE: Tepco to raise funds for nuclear investments
Japanese utility Tokyo Electric Power Co (Tepco) aims to raise up to $6.6 billion through the sale of shares and put a large part of the money towards investment in new nuclear power plants.
NEW NUCLEAR: Japanese trio to study Kazakh reactor plan
A consortium of three Japanese companies has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Kazakh National Nuclear Centre to conduct a feasibility study into the construction of a nuclear power plant in Kazakhstan. 
CORPORATE: GE-Hitachi looks to generate sales
GE-Hitachi is planning a push into new markets with its reactor designs next year. Regional sales offices are planned and the ESBWR will be put to UK regulators.
