Stop with the tale of the "obscure forces". Only governments, with NATO etc help, destabilize. In Italy, that means Presidency of the Republic, formal Government and the Carabinieri. In the USA, UK, Israel etc always and only the US, British, Israeli etc governments. Rarely there are destabilizations from external and unknown sources...
